Add Value Makeover is the quick-turnaround arm of the Add Value Group — built for one job: getting your home looking its best and worth more, in the weeks before it goes on the market.
The Add Value Group began the way a lot of good things do — with a problem at home. Founders Simon and Joanna needed more space but didn't want to move, so Simon, a builder by trade, turned their spare room into a master suite. It worked beautifully and lifted the home's value, but the journey through design, consents and trades was stressful and slow.
That experience sparked a simple idea: renovations go wrong when no one's managing the whole thing properly. So in 2014 they built a company that does — one team handling design, costing and build under a single contract. Hundreds of Auckland homes later, that's still how Add Value works.
Add Value Makeover takes that same team and points it at a specific moment: when you're about to sell. Same crew, same guarantee, same standards — just focused on speed, value and a fixed timeline.
